As new tenants move into a building or existing ones expand, speed and efficiency matter.  From rapid system design and approval to efficient permitting and installation, Mitec’s Tenant Development Program (TDP) offers a wide variety of industry firsts.

When you have tenant construction needs, dedicated and highly-specialized TDP engineers review your space requirements and design a code-compliant system specific to your needs.  Quotations are rapidly submitted, usually within thirty minutes, and clearly outline the requirements.

Since all of the work is coordinated using Mitec’s advanced on-line systems, you are constantly kept informed of the latest project status.  From automatic email/fax updates to an available on-line project file, all parties are kept current as the project progresses to final completion and certification.

Another Mitec exclusive is our TDP Guarantee.  If we design, install, and certify an installation and the fire official requires additional work due to Mitec’s design, we will perform this at no additional cost to you.  No change orders.  No extra charges.  That is the peace of mind offered by Mitec’s Tenant Development Program.
